Insulated sectional core
R-15+ polyurethane between two galvanized steel skins for warmer attached garages and quieter panel action.
Torsion-spring system
Sized to the door's actual weight, not a one-size default. Longer cycle life than extension springs and safer if a spring ever fails.
Belt-drive opener
Rubber belt on a steel rail. Quieter than chain-drive, which matters when there's a bedroom or living space above the garage.
Photo-eye safety sensors
Beam across the opening reverses the door if anything breaks the plane. Code-required and tested on every install.
Weather-sealed perimeter
Top and side seals plus a reversible bottom astragal that conforms to uneven concrete floors.
