By accessing this website or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Quotes and estimates
All on-site project assessments and written quotations are provided free of charge with no obligation. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are based on the openings, products and scope confirmed during the on-site visit.
3. Installation services
All installation work is performed by licensed Trust Build crews under our lifetime workmanship warranty. Project scope, payment schedule, warranty terms and cancellation rights are set out in the signed installation contract that governs every project.
4. Financing
Financing is provided by licensed Ontario consumer-finance lenders, not by Trust Build Windows and Doors. Pre-qualification, credit decisions, interest rates and repayment terms are set by the lender. We act only as an authorized referrer.
5. Website content
Product images, descriptions and specifications are provided for general information. Actual products may differ slightly due to manufacturer updates. Always confirm specifications in your written quotation before purchase.
6. Intellectual property
All site content — including text, images, logos, layouts and code — is the property of Trust Build Windows and Doors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Trust Build Windows and Doors is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website use. Liability for installation services is governed exclusively by the signed installation contract.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
