Are your windows and doors ENERGY STAR® certified for Ontario rebates?

Yes. Our standard vinyl windows are ENERGY STAR® certified for the Northern climate zone (Zone 3), which is what Ontario rebate programs require. We can walk you through current rebate eligibility during your free quote.

Do you handle permits for basement egress windows and structural openings?

Yes — we pull City permits for egress windows, enlarged openings and any structural work that requires one, and we install to Ontario Building Code (OBC 9.9.10) for legal basement bedrooms.

What kind of warranty comes with a Trust Build installation?

Every project is backed by a manufacturer product warranty plus our own lifetime workmanship warranty on installation. We provide the documentation in writing with your itemized quote.
