Product and installation expertise

Brick-to-brick removes the existing window, frame, jambs and casing to the stud opening. The opening is vacuum cleaned and protected with Blueskin membrane. The new window, supplied with brickmould and jamb extension, is shimmed and secured to the studs, insulated with low-expansion foam and sealed with red tape over the foam. New wood or snap-in vinyl interior casing and exterior capping complete the installation.
Retrofit inserts a new window into an existing frame only when it is sound, square and dry, preserving the existing interior finish. Age or brick veneer alone does not qualify an opening.
Stud-to-Stud involves full removal to studs for compromised openings, structural repairs or rebuilding, or resizing. Split-Frame is a vinyl insert method used when the existing jamb and casing can be preserved; suitability depends on the condition of the frame and opening.
